Installation steps:
- Open Teams Admin Center → Manage apps
- Click “Actions” (top right) → “Upload new app”
- Drop the downloaded ZIP file
- Wait for the upload confirmation. This can take up to a minute — if it seems stuck, proceed to the next step
- In the Teams app, go to “Apps” → “Built for your org” (sidebar)
- Find the bot and click “Add” to activate it
